Desmond Tutu aided and abetted terrorists

Archbishop Desmond Tutu 'to withdraw from public life'

BS Tutu - the wolf in sheep's clothing - should be hung for his part in aiding and abetting the terrorist Nelson Mandela (who Amnesty International refused to accept as a political prisoner).

Shirley Sherrod

Shirley Sherrod is a victim of NAACP

She still just doesn't get it. Not only did she bring all this on herself by her racist comments about "his own kind," now she refers to "people of color." Should we again call blacks colored and wouldn't that be condemned as racist? Furthermore, everybody is a person of color (yes, white is a color) unless you want to get technical since black is the absence of color!

Actually, the hypocrisy of the racist NAACP is what is under fire since they've created a hostile climate and hypersensitivity. I don't care if Mrs. Sherrod refers to some person of white color being helped by one of "his own kind," because blacks certainly aren't one of "his kind." Folks know this but are foolishly intimidated to deny our differences.

If Shirley Sherrod does meet with the president usurper, let her ask him about his Kenyan birth certificate.

Arch of Titus

*************
I visited the Arch of Titus years ago and spat at it (general direction). Later I found out that Titus was actually reluctant to destroy Jerusalem but clearly it was God's will.

No Israeli official should be in Rome during this time unless it is to make demands for the Temple treasures to be restored to Jerusalem where they belong.

Will the pope act like Belshazzar or Cyrus?

The Vatican Must Return the Temple Treasures

Furthermore, Am Israel Chai - the Nation and People of Israel lives - not because of the IDF but because of the tender mercies of God.

Among the Mysteries of the Menorah is this fact: "Studying the image on the arch, one can discern dragons or sea serpents adorning the steps of the pedestal—just the sort of pagan art that Jewish sages singled out as associated with idolatry. “If one finds vessels,” we are told in the Talmud, “upon which are the forms of a sun, or a moon, or a dragon, let him throw them into the Dead Sea.” Pillars decorated with dragons virtually identical to those on the menorah’s pedestal have been discovered in the Roman temple at Didyma in southern Turkey. It beggars belief that the Temple candelabrum would have incorporated such a fundamentally pagan aesthetic."

Rachel Saperstein: Five years after expulsion from Gush Katif

GUSH KATIF VIEWPOINT 165: FIVE YEARS AFTER THE EXPULSION
MY SPEECH AT THE ORTHODOX UNION [OU], JERUSALEM, JULY 15
by Rachel Saperstein, Neve Dekalim/Nitzan

My name is Rachel Saperstein. I am almost seventy years old. My husband and I have three children and twelve grandchildren. We lived in Jerusalem for close to thirty years, in Gush Katif for nearly nine years, and now we live in a plasterboard caravilla in the refugee camp of Nitzan between Ashdod and Ashkelon. During the Cast Lead war we were bombed by missiles coming in from Gaza. The missiles and rockets followed us from Gush Katif to Nitzan. There is no escape from enemy assault.

In the evening I take power walks. I also observe life in our refugee camp slum. Most of the gardens are overgrown with weeds. People are slowly moving away. It doesn't make sense to keep a garden growing. After people leave for their permanent homes up the hill, flat-bed trucks arrive. First, the red tiles on the roofs are removed. The caravilla is then cut in half, loaded on the trucks and taken somewhere. We don't know where. Perhaps to a new site being prepared for the next victims of expulsion. We do not know what plans Obama and Netanyahu have for the people of Judea and Samaria. What is certain is that these plasterboard structures will be used again.

I visit the construction site of the new "permanent" homes, especially when we go to the attaching-the-Mezuzah ceremony. We wish the new occupants well. We "ooh" and "aah" at the up-to-date shower stalls, the new kitchen, the lovely floor tiles. The occupants invariably admit they have used all their funds on the house. Some have taken bank loans to finish the house. Many of our friends are in their late fifties and sixties. They worry about how they will ever pay off the
loans, much less how they will live from week to week on their meager salaries, if they are lucky enough to be working. There is a tragedy waiting to happen.

Some cannot build at all. They have been living on their compensation money as they have had no livelihood since the expulsion. Some of our people were renters in the private market in Neve Dekalim, and though they lived there for fifteen or twenty years are not entitled to any compensation at all. Some have lost their money to swindlers, some have lost their money in bad investments. Others see building here as the final nail in the coffin of hope - the hope that they will return to Gush Katif.

In one community families had built and moved into permanent homes. They breathed a sigh of relief. At long last each family had a proper home. But something strange happened. Their children, who as pre-teens had lived through the expulsion, went berserk. They began drinking, smoking, vandalizing public property. The professionals who were called in declared the children victims of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The children felt betrayed by their parents. By building elsewhere their parents had admitted they would never return to Gush
Katif. This betrayal had brought on a violent reaction.

On one of my power walks I met my friend Dina. I told her I would be speaking here tonight. "What shall I tell them, Dina?"

Dina is a mother of five. Two of her sons are married. She now has grandchildren.

"I should be happy" Dina tells me, "but I'm not. Every night I see soldiers surrounding my home. I wake up shaking and sweating. Then I start to cry. I can't go back to work. I miss my home, the view of the sea, the Beit Knesset. Tell those good people that my heart is broken." I hug Dina as I've hugged so many others. I cry with them. I admit that I, too, suffer from flashbacks. We move forward but the past returns at odd moments. There is so much hurt.

The poverty of our people, out of work, lining up for food parcels, is growing. The charge accounts at the mini-market have grown to proportions unheard of in the past. Parents send their children to purchase the necessities because they are too ashamed to be seen in person.

As the director of Operation Dignity, a chessed Non-Profit Organization, I raise and give financial assistance to some wonderful families - always with a smile and certainly with dignity.

Health issues have increased. Heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, hypertension have taken their toll of our people. But not all is black. Children have been born, marriages have taken place. Over five hundred brides and grooms have been showered by the wonderful volunteer bridal group, bringing essential gifts to start our young couples off even as they move into crumbling caravans near their
parents homes. Watching our young couples walking with their baby carriages brings us hope and joy.

These young couples fought for Gush Katif, and using the return of our people to Gush Etzion as their inspiration, know that when the call to re-establish Gush Katif is made they will be the first to answer that call. The Almighty always performs miracles.

And for us, my husband and myself, we are going to Lachish. South of Beit Shemesh, north of Kiryat Gat, Lachish is a wonderful place to establish the township of Bnai Dekalim.

Lachish is a grape-growing region often compared to the Napa Valley in California, or Province in France. Gentle hills, wild flowers and refreshing breezes make the Lachish area an ideal place to build our new home. This will be a truly Jewish town. Our field school will teach the halacha of grape growing and wine making. Our spa will teach healing of body and soul according to Rambam and other Jewish sources.

Visiting rabbis will bring their families and enjoy the state-of-the-art Judaica library in the Yeshiva and Kollel.

Come and visit. Walk in the footsteps of Joshua and Bar Kochba. Whenever we visit, and now that we actually own our own plot, I feel like dancing. Yes, almost seventy and I feel like dancing! I feel a lightness in my heart and begin to sway with the rhythm of the winds.

Soon I will have a home. What a privilege to be almost seventy and to be a pioneer in Eretz Yisrael.

But if the Almighty wills it, with joyful heart and soul we will return to Gush Katif.

Don't Expel Jews from Gaza

Read and weep for the Israeli Jews of Gush Katif/Gaza, on whose behalf
I wrote this article in July 2005 before their illegal expulsion by the
bribed Ariel Sharon and criminal company working for foreign interests.
Many of them remain homeless, depressed and basically abandoned by
their lying government -- their former homes history, stripped bare and
destroyed by marauding Arab enemies who are now fighting among
themselves, one terrorist group (Hamas) against another terrorist group
(Fatah).

The Pollard-Schalit connection

The Pollard-Schalit connection
By ESTHER POLLARD. The Jerusalem Post
July 11, 2010
Israel has not taken effective action to bring Gilad or Jonathan home
alive.

The government of Israel has flailed about for four years “trying” to
secure Gilad Schalit’s release, but failing miserably.

The more time goes on, the more doubts there are about Schalit’s
continued viability.

It is a fact that ever since my husband, Jonathan Pollard, was
arrested in 1985 and abandoned by the State of Israel, the Israeli
government has not succeeded in bringing a single captive IDF soldier
home alive.

It may well be that Gilad Schalit’s swift return home, alive, depends
on his connection to Jonathan Pollard.

How so? Let’s answer that question by way of analogy.

WHAT IS the best that can be said about a mother with two sons with
special needs, who allows her friends to lock her elder son away in a
cellar and throw the key away, while she devotes all her time, energy
and attention to her younger son? To be kind, such a mother would, at
best, be described as either morally deficient or mentally disturbed.

Regardless of how her psychological state is defined, it is twisted
and precludes her ability to act wisely, fairly or effectively for
either of her sons. The two sons are part of the same psychological
whole, but a mentally unbalanced mother is unable to relate to either
of them in a healthy, normal, lifesustaining way.

Worse still, her psychological state prevents her from seeing and
accurately accessing all of the available options for her sons, and
thus impedes her from making good decisions for either of them.

Thus, it is specifically her abandonment and betrayal of her older son
that defines the mother’s moral/psychological state and prevents her
from taking the most effective and appropriate action to save her
younger son.

Jonathan Pollard and Gilad Schalit are sons of the same mother, the
State of Israel.

Pollard and Schalit have more in common than the fact that they both
served the State of Israel.

Schalit served as a soldier, guarding its borders. Pollard served as
an agent, providing it with the information that caused its civil
defense plans to be changed from bomb shelters to sealed rooms and gas
mask kits not a small contribution to the state’s ongoing security.

Both Pollard and Schalit remain in captivity because of a warped
morality that prevents government leaders from making good decisions
for either of its national sons.

The national psychosis which declared Pollard expendable 25 years ago
and leaves him to rot in captivity is still ongoing, and has resulted
in a moral paralysis which prevents the State of Israel from taking
effective action to bring any captive home alive, Gilad included.

EFFECTIVE ACTION does not mean the release of hundreds or thousands of
murderers and terrorists.

Quite the opposite. Effective action, by definition, is action that
would produce the desired result freedom for a captive without
endangering the rest of Israel’s soldiers or civilian population.

Surrendering to terror and rewarding those who killed, maimed and
murdered by setting them free is not justified and is morally corrupt.
This plan seeks to free one captive by endangering the lives of all
Israeli citizens and all Israeli soldiers.

There are many ways to free a captive and bring him home alive, but a
lack of moral integrity prevents the government from seeing or
implementing these other solutions.

The government and its cohorts in the defense-intelligence
establishment appear to be far more concerned about what will be said
on CNN than they are about freeing captives and bringing them home.

Similarly, the public, via the media, has been seduced into believing
that Israel has one captive and one captive only: Gilad Schalit. Any
attempt to bring Pollard into the discussion is met with vehement
protest and slanderous lies being bandied about by government
officials attempting to shake Pollard off, the way you would shake
something odious off of the bottom of your shoe.

Again, this is the root of the problem that keeps both Pollard and
Schalit in captivity. It is a manifestation of one Israel’s highest
values, not leaving a wounded solder in the field, being warped and
perverted to apply it selectively.

By definition, there is no such thing as mutual responsibility all
for one and one for all when it is applied selectively.

If the public is capable of ignoring Pollard, an Israeli agent in
captivity for 25 years, but devoted heart and soul to returning
Schalit home, its concern for Schalit is as corrupt as its lack of
concern for Pollard. It reflects the same moral schizophrenia that the
government has implemented as policy a policy that damns Schalit,
every bit as much as it damns Pollard.

Returning a captive home requires no moral ambiguity. It requires
moral integrity and moral consistency. It requires national pride and
self-respect.

The noisy, boisterous and bullying campaign for Gilad Schalit would do
well to open its eyes to the truth. Jonathan Pollard’s rescue and
timely return home is the key to bringing all of our captives home
alive.

The writer is the wife of Jonathan Pollard, an American-born Israeli
citizen who worked for the Ministry of Defense. He is currently in his
25th year in an American prison for his activities on behalf of the
security of the State of Israel.

This Place: The Place of the Holy Temple

"But you did not want to go up, and you rebelled against the commandment of HaShem, your G-d."
(Deuteronomy 1:27)
Av 4, 5770/July 15, 2010

We begin this Shabbat the fifth and final book of the five books of Torah known in Hebrew as the Chumash, (literally, "five"), the book of Deuteronomy. In Hebrew it is simply called Devarim, (words), as it relates the words which Moshe spoke to the children of Israel over the final thirty seven days of his life on earth. One of the first incidents Moshe recalls is also one of the most painful in Israel's history, the incident of the twelve spies who went up to the land of Israel and returned to the nation with an evil and discouraging report.
Moshe rebukes his people yet again concerning this most unfortunate matter, and, in fact, sheds much new light on what really transpired. But why is he telling all this to the nation now? After all, the contemporaries of the spies have all, by now, died in the desert, their reward, as it were, for their lack of faith in G-d. The adults whom Moshe is now addressing were mere children when the spies returned from Israel on the ninth of Av thirty-nine years earlier. And as for the youngsters, the story of the spies must have sounded like ancient history to them. Why rebuke and exhort a people for a crime committed by a generation now deceased?
The Torah reading of Devarim is always read each year on the Shabbat preceding Tish'a b'Av, the 9th of Av. And for all of us who read it today, the aforementioned question demands to be asked even more emphatically. Not only did we read about the spies a mere six weeks ago, (parashat Shlach), but the incident of the spies truly is ancient history, having happened over three thousand years ago.
Truth be told, the retelling of the story of the spies who entered the land, saw its goodness, yet lost heart and spread their defeatism to the entire nation, is a story that has never concluded, an open wound upon the soul of Israel. This upcoming Tuesday, July 20th, is the 9th of Av, the anniversary of the return of the spies. It also marks the precise date of the destruction of both the first and second Holy Temple, as well as many other subsequent tragedies in the history of the Jewish nation. When G-d told Israel that the unprovoked tears that they shed over the land on that 9th day of Av in the desert would be repaid by a real reason to weep on the ninth, He meant what He said.
The name given to the three week period of mourning which we observe over the destruction of the Holy Temple, (beginning with the 17th of Tammuz and concluding with the 9th of Av), is known as bein hametzarim, literally between the narrow places. But it can also be understood as bein haMitzraim, between the Egypts, that is, between the exile and bondage which is imposed upon us from without, by our oppressors, and the exile and bondage that we impose upon ourselves from within, through our own fear and weakness, our own lack of faith in ourselves and in G-d.
The story of the spies remains crucial and relevant to us today, and, in fact, more so today than ever. For the first time in two thousand years the nation of Israel is in the position to finally put an end to the day of weeping incurred by the sin of the spies. For the first time since the Romans destroyed the Holy Temple in the year 70 CE and the long night of exile began, Israel is poised to right the wrong, to rebuild the house that G-d instructed us to build, so that He may dwell amongst us, and to serve, in the words of the prophet Isaiah, as a light to the nations.
Resigning ourselves to an annual day of mourning for the Holy Temple, and absolving ourselves of the imperative to build it, today, is not merely a prolongation of the tragedy of the spies, but a reenactment of the sin. In the words of Moshe:
"And I said to you, 'Do not be broken or afraid of them. HaShem, your G-d, Who goes before you He will fight for you, just as He did for you in Egypt before your very eyes, and in the desert, where you have seen how HaShem, your G-d, has carried you as a man carries his son, all the way that you have gone, until you have come to this place.'" (ibid 1:29-31) "This place" - the Hebrew word hamakom - when used in Torah is understood by our sages to always refer to the Holy Temple. We who dwell in the land today must not be afraid, for G-d will surely assist and assure our success, if only we make every effort to leave the house of mourning, and to build the house of G-d. In this place. Today.

Temple TalkTune in to this week's Temple Talk as Rabbi Chaim Richman and Yitzchak Reuven discuss the concept of "baseless love:" What does it really mean, and how do we use it as a means for building the Holy Temple? Unity and a longing for the Holy Temple were prominently evident in this week's Sivuv She'arim, Encirclement of the Temple Mount Gates procession in honor of the new month of Av, which attracted 12,000 people. The same message was on everybody's lips: Stop mourning already! What are we waiting for? Build!

DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office

http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/22221

The certification of constitutional qualification for the office of president

by JB Williams  Saturday, April 24, 2010

Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds. (See JB’s new article on The Bottom Line on Natural Born Citizen)

What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.

Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same  His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.

The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.

Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.

This is the normal language for certification of nomination for president and vice president, filed by the DNC only in the state of Hawaii…
image
This is the language filed by the DNC in the other 49 states, however…
image
Note that the language which certifies that Barack Hussein Obama meets all constitutional qualifications is missing in the DNC documents filed in 49 of the 50 states. The certification of constitutional qualification for the office of president was filed only in Hawaii. That text is missing in the DNC certification filings for all other states.

Whereas the RNC filed the exact same certification document, including the constitutional text for John McCain in all 50 states, Obama was technically certified in only one state, Hawaii. A mere inconvenient technicality, I’m sure…

The US Congress knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not constitutionally qualified for the office he holds. Although the congress passed a resolution proclaiming Senator John McCain a “natural born citizen” as the son of two US citizens, no such congressional resolution exists for Barack Hussein Obama.

The press knows that Obama is not a “natural born citizen,” having written on several occasions about the “Kenyan born” senator from Chicago. A number of citizens have already been arrested and jailed for asking these questions.

Over four-hundred law suits have been filed across the country asking the courts to force Obama to become the “transparent president” he promised to be, and all four-hundred are being dismissed before discovery, all on the basis that “no citizen has proper legal standing” to ask who and what their president really is…

Over a half-million citizens have now signed a petition demanding to see Obama’s birth records.

Numerous members of the US Military have refused deployment orders from Obama, on the basis that he refuses to evidence his constitutional qualifications to issue such orders. In most cases, the soldiers have simply been reassigned, so as to avoid any disciplinary action that could end in “defense discovery” which might finally force Obama to open up his files once and for all.

Now an eighteen year veteran flight surgeon and active Lt. Colonel faces court martial as he makes his demands for proof that Obama is constitutionally eligible to issue orders as Commander-in-Chief.

Obama’s entire domestic, foreign and national defense agenda has proven to be wholly anti-American

Obama’s entire domestic, foreign and national defense agenda has proven to be wholly anti-American on every possible level. Still, the answers concerning who and what Barack Hussein Obama Jr. really is remain elusive in the face of unprecedented efforts to ask the right questions.

No matter who asks, how they ask or where they ask, not one single individual in Washington DC or even state government seems willing to weigh in on the most important issue of our era. Who and what is the man sitting in the people’s White House?

How in the hell did we get an overtly anti-American resident of the people’s White House without so much as a simple birth certificate to prove who this person really is?

And why won’t a single elected representative of the people engage in the effort to force an answer to this question?

The answers to these and many more questions are likely very simple and equally chilling…

The Speaker of the House does not refuse to certify her candidate as “constitutionally qualified” in forty-nine of fifty states by accident

Nobody spends $2 million in legal fees to hide an authentic birth certificate. The Speaker of the House does not refuse to certify her candidate as “constitutionally qualified” in forty-nine of fifty states by accident. A press that knew he was the “first Kenyan born senator” didn’t forget that he was Kenyan born when he decided to run for president.

Most importantly, the people DO have a right (read - proper standing) to ask who and what their president really is, in any court, any time. And soldiers are court-martialed for refusing orders, unless those orders were issued by an illegitimate Commander-in-Chief.

DC knows what most Americans have yet to figure out…

Obama is NOT a natural born citizen no matter where he might have been born. Obama’s birth father was at no time an American citizen and on this basis alone, Obama cannot be a constitutionally qualified resident of the White House.

They know something else that the American people have yet to figure out…

The US Constitution no longer stands as the governing law of this land. Obama’s many unconstitutional policies, Czars, executive orders and statements provide the proof, and the fact that nobody in DC cares whether or not Obama is constitutionally qualified to be president of the United States should send a shiver down the spine of every red blooded American citizen, no matter their partisan agendas.

The people willing to ask the tough questions are deemed crackpots and conspiracy theorists, racists or bigots. But those tough questions should be obvious questions to all Americans and every president should have to answer those questions, no matter race, creed, color or party affiliation.

I fear that those questions will only be answered at the tip of pitch forks and torches one day. Sooner or later, the people will run out of patience with a system built to exclude them. When that day comes, I fear what methods will be employed and whether or not there will be a country left to save by then.
But sooner or later, one way or another, Obama will have to answer those questions. One day, the world will know who and what this man is and there will be a day of reckoning like no other in American history.

The longer it takes for that day to arrive, the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?

Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds and everyone in a position to know - already know.

What they don’t know is how much longer they can keep it all a secret, or what will happen next.

PETITION FOR PUBLIC RELEASE OF BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE

We, the undersigned, assert our rights as citizens of the United States in demanding that the constitutional eligibility requirement be taken seriously and that any and all controlling legal authorities in this matter examine the complete birth certificate of Barack Obama, including the actual city and hospital of birth, and make that document available to the American people for inspection.

Obama's outrage against Arizona

The War on Arizona
By Patrick J. Buchanan
Not since President Eisenhower sent troops to Little Rock and JFK sent U.S. marshals to the University of Alabama has the federal government seemed so much at war with a state of the union. Arkansas and Alabama were defying U.S. court orders to desegregate. But Barack Obama’s war on Arizona is not a war of necessity. It is a war of choice— -- an unprovoked war, undertaken not to defend constitutional or civil rights, but to pander to his party’s left and Hispanic voters.

The NAACP is out of order!

Re: Michelle Obama Encourages Blacks To "Increase Intensity"

Before I understood the Israelite origins of the West, our Hebrew roots, I considered myself a Gentile and I thanked God for opening up salvation to "us Gentiles." I didn't get angry at Him or Jews and call them or Him racist or have some inferiority complex or double standards where everybody can have "black pride" or "brown pride" and mention their color in their many race-conscious groups and organizations (BET, Miss Black America, Black Congressional Caucus, United Negro College Fund, NAACP, The Black Pages, the BlackMarketPlace, Brown Pride Forum), but don't you dare mention anything about the color white or proper white pride, heritage or integrity!
- The English-Speaking Nations of White Israelites

It's past time white Israelites reclaim the United States and remove those who clearly don't belong here, who are out of place (some more than others), who are out of order, who prove it's unnatural for them to remain among us by their treacherous talk and militant hatred for people of white color - a threat to themselves and others, a menace to mankind.

Crowd of 10,000 Declare: The Temple Mount Belongs to Jews

A huge crowd of 10,000 Jews gathered at the old gates of the Temple Mount Monday night and declared their allegiance to the holy site, which rally organizers said is being separated from Jews by discriminatory practices by the police.

The “pledge of allegiance” to a Jewish Temple Mount and a united Jerusalem was part of the monthly “March around Old City Temple Gates,” a colorful event featuring the recital of Psalms at various closed gates around the Temple Mount.

The monthly march usually attracts 2,000-3,000 people, but organizers successfully brought out thousands more Monday night as Jews around the world marked the beginning of the Hebrew month of Av. The Ninth of Av is marked every year as the day when foreign invaders destroyed the First and Second Holy Temples.

The marches feature music and dancing and are peaceful, but police have barred several of the monthly prayer rallies during the past year because of fears of Arab violence.

National Union Knesset Member Uri Ariel told the crowd that deterioration in security and the increasing discrimination against Jews in Jerusalem prompted the unusually large turnout. In his speech he described the “surrender of Jerusalem to Arabs,” the worsening security in several Jewish neighborhoods, disturbances by anarchists and the discrimination by police who severely restrict the ability of Jews to ascend the Temple Mount.

Jerusalem council member Aryeh King reminded the crowd that the Temple Mount site is closed to Jews most of the time while police allow non-Jewish tourists to freely visit the holy site.

Israel accepts Muslim rules that forbid a Jew from praying out loud or even carrying a prayer book when ascending the Temple Mount.

I was unjustly deported from Israel for writing an article highlighting the plight of the Temple Mount suffering under Nazi Muslim occupation, and how both Christians and Jews suffer hateful discrimination daily and Israel shamefully looks the other way and/or aids and abets the Arab terrorists.

A Jewish Homeland

Weren't the Jews prophesied to return to Israel? Are the Jews ethnic Jews or merely converts? How should Israel treat their resident Arabs? Why does the world focus on Jerusalem?

A Vow to HaShem

"If a man makes a vow to HaShem or makes an oath to prohibit himself, he shall not violate his word... "
(Numbers 30:3)
Tammuz 26, 5770/July 7, 2010

The book of Numbers chronicles the many tumultuous events that occurred during Israel's forty year sojourn in the wilderness. It is worthwhile to note that each event was preceded or precipitated by the words uttered by one protagonist or another. Korach very skillfully chose his words with the intention of manipulating his fellow Israelites for the cynical purpose of self aggrandizement. By using his G-d given power of speech to try to lift himself up above others, he was justly rewarded with a deathless entombment deep within the bowels of the earth.
Bilaam, the heathen prophet, attempted with a persistence that otherwise might be deemed admirable, to use his power of speech in a grandiose ploy to manipulate G-d's wrath against the children of Israel. For his pernicious efforts, he was killed in the very war which he himself masterminded.
The tribal heads of Israel allowed themselves and their brethren to be tripped up by their own words, as they spoke evil against the land of Israel. Their careless words testified to their lack of faith in G-d, lack of love for the land of Israel, and lack of trust in themselves. Their reward? They, and the entire generation that they ensnared were to die in the desert, never setting foot in the land that G-d had promised them.
Even Miriam, the prophetess, spoke ill of her brother Moshe, and was duly punished with a case of the leprous tzarat. Despite the fact that Miriam's intentions were only for the betterment of Moshe, she too had to pay the price for her ill chosen words.
And, of course, Moshe himself was punished most poignantly for his own misappropriation of the gift of speech. First he hit the rock, when he was commanded by G-d to speak to the rock, and then he spoke harshly against Israel, calling his thirsty kinsmen "rebels."(ibid 20:10) Moshe, too, would never enter his beloved Israel.
It is only fitting that the final double Torah reading of the book of Numbers, Matot-Masei opens with the laws concerning any man or woman who utters a vow, or takes an oath. Our words cause and shape our actions and define who we truly are. Words spoken carelessly will in time catch up with us. We reap what we say. And we are in constant peril of being led astray by the words of others when we allow ourselves to fall under their influence.
Torah takes our words very seriously, and, this is to say, takes us very seriously. We are what we speak. The midnight exodus from Egypt, the splitting of the Sea of Reeds, receiving Torah at Sinai, the building of the Tabernacle, and forty years in the wilderness later, and Torah's message to us all, as we are perched upon the banks of the Jordan, moments from entering the land, is crystal clear: Measure your words. Your word is your bond. Your word is sacred.
Entering the land of Israel marks the fulfillment of G-d's word, His promise to Avraham, Yitzchak and Yaakov. Now is the time for us to keep our word: To settle that same land, to love and to nurture it. To do all this, and to build the Holy Temple is not merely to fulfill G-d's aspirations for each of us. It is to keep our word with G-d, to state unequivocally that we are worthy of the gift of speech with which he bequeathed us, worthy of His love, worthy of being called G-d's children.

Temple TalkTune in to this week's Temple Talk as Rabbi Chaim Richman and Yitzchak Reuven, reunited at last, discuss the Rabbi's experiences in America, and the incredible people he encountered on his travels. Traveling, and the things we all go through as we travel through this world, is also one of the themes of this week’s double Torah portion of Mattot and Masei, with which we conclude the book of Numbers. Parshat Masei opens with the concept of the power of a vow... ummm, like the one Prime Minister Netanyahu made to the people of Israel that he would not extend the draconian building freeze in Judea and Samaria past the deadline. But this week as he travels to Washington to meet with US President Obama, speculation abounds that Obama will pressure Netanyahu to break that promise.
The eternal boundaries of the Land of Israel are also featured in this week’s Torah reading, another subject that’s bound to come up on the agenda of our leaders. But who sets those boundaries… the G-d of Israel, or other elements?
The three week mourning period for the Holy Temple is once again upon us. How do we free ourselves from the seemingly endless cycle, year after year, of mourning for the Holy Temple? Does anyone actually think the situation could change?

True Service of
G-dThis week features the new Light to the Nations teaching by Rabbi Chaim Richman, entitled, "True Service of G-d: We serve G-d by drawing near to Him, and making Him present in every aspect of our lives, from our most sublime moments to our most mundane. To do so, our relationship with G-d must be a living relationship, in accordance with Torah, and expressing the unique qualities of our own souls." Click here to view.

Parashat HashavuaThe two Torah portions, Matot and Masei, which conclude the book of Numbers are read together as one. What is the true connection between Matot, which begins with the laws concerning the responsibility of taking upon oneself a vow, and the opening verses of Masei, which describe the journeys of Israel in the wilderness? Taken together, they provide for us a key and a map to our own life's journey. Click here to view Rabbi Richman's short teaching on parashat Matot-Masei (Numbers 30:2-36:13).

Black Hypocrites: Move to Africa!

 Whitewashing Black Racism
By Michelle Malkin
Why haven’t national media outlets reported on the vile and violent rants of the New Black Panther Party thugs whose 2008 voter intimidation tactics got a pass from the Obama administration? Simple: Radical black racism doesn'’t fit the Hope and Change narrative.

**********

Such black fools fulfill many stereotypes about black people. If they hate people of white color so much, then let them return to Africa where they belong; let them stop wearing clothes made possible by white inventions and using electricity and running water and driving cars or taking buses or listening to the radio or television, etc. Their dark hearts and mindsets are already primitive, so let them stop being such hypocrites and go all the way and live in huts and wear grass skirts and fight other black African tribes like they have gangs here. Good riddance!

Grand Canyon in 2000

I wanted to see the Grand Canyon for my 40th birthday, so Dave Nolan and I flew to Las Vegas and then drove to the Grand Canyon. We also went to Tijuana, Mexico. I thanked God for letting me live long enough to see it and now, this year, 2010, I've gone back and seen the Grand Canyon again!
